By accessing the Benoice digital platform or downloading the Benoice application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Benoice.
Benoice operates as a facilitator and digital intermediary. Our primary function is to provide a matchmaking platform for job seekers (specifically in Housekeeping, Gardening, Pantry, and Production sectors) and registered contractors in the Neemrana, Bhiwadi, Khushkhera, and Tapukara industrial belts.
Benoice is not an employer. Any engagement or hiring resulting from the use of this platform is strictly between the User and the Contractor. Benoice is not responsible for salary disbursements, statutory benefits, or workplace conditions.
Benoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into any professional commitments.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
