By accessing the Benoice digital platform or downloading the Benoice application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Benoice.
Benoice operates as a facilitator and digital intermediary based in Alwar, Rajasthan. Our primary function is to provide a matchmaking platform for job seekers (specifically in Housekeeping, Gardening, Pantry, and Production sectors) and registered contractors. We do not provide direct employment or labor contracting services.
Benoice is not an employer. Any engagement, work agreement, or hiring resulting from the use of this platform is strictly between the User (Job Seeker) and the Contractor (Partner). Benoice is not responsible for salary disbursements, statutory benefits, workplace conditions, or the conduct of either party.
Benoice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to secure employment or manpower. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into any professional commitments.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
